The ultimate test of a business is whether it can continue to generate profit, deliver impact, and operate seamlessly without requiring your day-to-day presence. Reaching the peak of the Business Priority Pyramid means transitioning from operator to true business owner or founder.
Legacy is the final tier of the Future Focused Business program. Built upon the foundation of clear numbers, steady sales, profit retention, systemised structure, and client impact, Tier 6 focuses on succession planning, wealth transfer, enterprise valuation, and multi-generational endurance.
Through strategic workbooks, valuation models, and executive video training, you will:
Paid in full upon release. Requires completion of Tiers 1–5 to ensure your business has reached full operational maturity and financial strength.

Test Summary
This workbook has two parts. Part One helps you notice and track when this is already happening — because it usually is, more than owners realise, and it usually goes unnoticed and unthanked. Part Two turns that noticing into a real list: the specific people, inside and outside the business, who back you without being asked — and a genuine, ongoing way to show them it hasn't gone unnoticed.
Supporters & Allies isn't about generating more referrals. It's about recognising the advocacy that's already happening around you, and making sure the people doing it know it matters — because unnoticed advocacy tends to quietly fade.
This workbook is the companion to the Supporters & Allies workbook. It's built to be lived in — update it as you notice unprompted promotion and as you show appreciation, not just once a quarter.

Test Summary
This workbook is where you build that plan. It has three parts. Part One maps a concrete transition and renewal plan for leadership — including you. Part Two identifies the mentor, training, or outside perspective that will help you grow, work on mindset, and let go of whatever is currently holding you and the business back. Part Three brings it together: your strengths, your business's strengths, the mindset challenges in the way, and the one thing most likely holding you back — turned into a plan you can actually work.
This is an action workbook, not a reflection exercise. Every section ends with something to do, not just something to think about. Write freely, and don't feel you need to have this solved on the first pass — fresh perspectives are found by returning to these pages, not by filling them in once.
This is the companion tracker to the Fresh Perspectives workbook. Where the workbook is where you plan, this is where you log it as it actually happens — every mentor conversation, course, training session, book, or coaching session that moves your leadership forward, plus the commitments from your 90-day growth plan.

Test Summary
This workbook is where that happens. It's short, it's practical, and it comes back to three questions, over and over: how much time are you actually giving your legacy, how are you tracking that, and how will you know it's working? Answer those three questions honestly, every week and every quarter, and the legacy you wrote down stops being a statement and starts being a habit.
Fill this in on your own rhythm — weekly at minimum, reviewed monthly and quarterly. A tracker completed from memory after the fact stops being honest data. Keep it close to where you already do your Profit First allocations, so checking one becomes a cue to check the other.
A working tool to decide, task by task: keep doing it yourself, hand it to the team, outsource it, or delete it. Every time you notice yourself doing a recurring task, log it on the Task Audit tab. Don't filter as you go — capture everything, then work through the Decision column honestly for each one.

Test Summary
This workbook has three parts. Part One is about the vision itself — revisiting it, restating it, and being honest about whether it still fits. Part Two is a full review of every tier of the pyramid, because a business that has reached Legacy hasn’t finished the work below it — it has simply built enough strength to keep protecting it. Part Three is the working section: four identical quarterly planning sessions, one for each quarter of the financial year, each combining a vision check-in, a quick pyramid scan, a financial snapshot, this quarter’s focus, and an action plan.
This is a whole-year workbook used one quarter at a time. Complete Part One and Part Two now, then return to Part Three fresh at the start of each quarter — don’t try to fill in all four quarters in one sitting. A plan written nine months in advance isn’t a plan, it’s a guess.
The Quarterly Planning – Numbers Tracker workbook helps you monitor your business performance throughout the year by tracking key financial and strategic metrics. It includes tools to measure income, profit growth, quarterly financial snapshots, Core Needs progress, and overall business health. Designed to work alongside the Quarterly Planning process, this workbook provides a clear, data-driven view of your progress and automatically consolidates your results into a dashboard, helping you make more informed decisions and stay focused on long-term business success.

Test Summary
This workbook has two parts. Part One is a self-assessment — is continuous improvement actually designed into how the business runs, or does it only happen when a problem forces it? Part Two is the working engine of the whole workbook: a living Improvement Log where every idea, gap, or "we could do this better" gets captured the moment it’s noticed, tracked through to a decision, and reviewed on a set rhythm so nothing quietly disappears.
This isn’t a workbook you complete once and file away. The Improvement Log is designed to be reopened continually — in team meetings, after client feedback, after a rough week, after a genuinely good one. A business that only logs improvements when things go wrong is reactive, not continuously improving.
This is the companion Excel tool for the Continuous Improvement workbook. Log every idea, gap or “we could do this better” the moment it's noticed, on the Improvement Log tab. Review the log on a fixed rhythm and use the Dashboard tab to see open items, priorities and progress at a glance — all of it updates automatically as you fill in the log.
