Revenue is a vanity metric if it doesn't leave behind a healthy, sustainable margin. With your numbers clearly visible (Tier 1) and your sales engine actively generating income (Tier 2), Tier 3 focuses entirely on efficiency, cash retention, and long-term financial stability.
Profit is Tier 3 of the Future Focused Business program. In this tier, we implement advanced Profit First distribution rhythms, optimize operating expenses, and ensure your business rewards you with true owner compensation and structured profit reserves—rather than just breaking even.
Through practical workbooks, targeted frameworks, and concise video lessons, you will:
Paid in full upon release. Requires completion of Tier 1 (Awareness) and Tier 2 (Sales) to ensure your business generates baseline revenue before optimizing profit retention.

Test Summary
This workbook is where you take that from a vague discomfort — ‘I know I carry too much debt’ — to a plan you can actually run. It has three parts. Part One is about the habit: consistently removing debt rather than adding to it, and the strategies that make that the default rather than the exception. Part Two asks a sharper question of any debt you already carry or are considering: is it working for you, generating predictable, increased profitability, or is it just a cost? Part Three turns all of that into a concrete elimination plan, using the debt snowball method.
Work through it in order, and honestly. Debt is one of the easiest numbers to avoid looking at closely — this workbook only works if you look.
This workbook builds a full debt snowball plan from four numbers per debt: balance, interest rate, minimum payment, and how much extra you can put toward debt each month. Everything else — the payoff order, the month-by-month schedule, the time and money saved compared to paying minimums only, and a payment tracker — calculates automatically.

Test Summary
This workbook is where you find the honest answer, offering by offering, instead of guessing at it from the total in your bank account.
It has three parts. Part One shows you how to work out your margins — the calculation, done properly, for every product, service or offering you sell. Part Two helps you set what “healthy” actually looks like for your business, so a margin number has something to be judged against. Part Three turns the gaps you find into a plan — the specific levers you can pull to improve a margin, and a place to commit to using them.
Work through it the way you would any other Profit First resource: honestly, offering by offering, without judgement about where the numbers currently sit. Awareness always comes before improvement — you can't improve a margin you haven't measured.
This workbook is the working companion to the Profitable Products workbook. Use it to calculate, track and review the margin on every product, service or offering you sell — and to record what you'll do about it.

Test Summary
This workbook is where you find out, with real numbers instead of a guess.
It has four parts. First, you'll calculate your Average Sale Value — the starting point for every other number in this workbook. Second, you'll pull a real report from Xero to see who your top clients actually are, by revenue. Third, you'll compare a genuine lifetime client against a one-off client to see exactly what loyalty is worth in dollar terms. Fourth, you'll brainstorm practical ways to turn more one-off buyers into repeat clients.
Work through it in order, with your real numbers in front of you — not estimates. This is an action-taking workbook: each part ends with something to calculate, record, or commit to before you move on.

Test Summary
This workbook is where you answer that honestly, set the rules that protect the buffer once it exists, and do the maths to know exactly what number you're building toward.
It has four parts. Part One asks the foundational question and explains why a buffer changes how a business owner makes decisions. Part Two sets the boundaries around when a buffer can be touched, before pressure makes that decision for you. Part Three turns those boundaries into a short, specific “don't touch this unless…” list you can hold yourself to. Part Four does the calculation — your actual three-month number, in dollars.
Work through it in order. A buffer without rules is just a bigger account that eventually gets spent — the rules are what make it a buffer.
